NO FEEDBACK ON INSURANCE CLAIM

Nov / Dec 2013 we claimed for lightning damaged to our alarm system. Assessor was appointed and they informed us to continue with repairs (which we had paid in full) and that the paperwork had been forwarded to ABSA (Themba Mhlango) for settlement. The phone lines (012 4420100 of 0860302011) are not answered - still today - and dropped after 20-30 minutes. On 23 Dec, I sent e.mail to enquire (was read on Monday, December 23, 2013 8:48:47 AM), on 10 Jan, I sent follow-up - still no response. On 29 Jan we received sms to apologies for any delays, and if there were delays to please send e.mail to [URL Removed] which I did on 30 Jan. On 3 Feb I received a "not read" reply on the ais-complaints e.mail message (...was deleted without being read on Monday, February 03, 2014 12:10:57 PM (UTC) Monrovia, Reykjavik). Sadly this type of "service" forced me to send this comment via hellopeter.
