Great, speedy service from Outsurance

I had a problem with my car not starting when I arrived back from holiday after three weeks. It was a Saturday and I thought that the chances of me getting the problem fixed were slim until Monday. I called Outsurance and spoke with Avril Hoskins, who was very polite and provided a solution within minutes. She kept me informed throughout the process of finding a service provider who would help me on a Saturday evening. The service provider was at my car within 15 minutes of him being dispatched, and the whole problem was fixed within 30 minutes of me calling outsurance for help. I'm very impressed with the service Outsurance provided and feel comfortable knowing that I can rely on them, even after normal hours.
