Pathetic how banks mess up someones credit record

I have an account with African Bank. They debited my account on the date that we did not initially agreed on and the debit order was returned. They harrassed me and they called my employer because they could not get hold of me as I was in meetings. Eventually a VERY RUDE collections lady called me and I informed her to re debit my account. However to my surprise I have a judgement. A judgement and yet they received their money within 2 days of it being returned and it was their fault because the day we agreed on was on weekend.

I do not think this is aligned with the rules of the NCA and I will take this matter with the Consumer Protector.
I will make noise until someone listens to me. I am not taking this lying down. Never not now not even in my next lifetime.
