I reported a damp wall and water damage to my kitchen cupboard in the first week of January, on the 10th Jan i sent the quote from my carpenter and explained on the email that the cupboard needs urgent attention and the granite topping can pose as danger to my kids should the cupboard collapse, no response thereafter i phoned the callcentre after holding on for more than 10 min i was told the quote for the cupboards was approved but that they cannot proceed without the plumber quote, i got a plumber to do a leak detection and provide a report to them stating a leak was detected. NO RESPONSE, i called again to hold on in a long q, i was then told that they would like to send a plumber and carpenter out, the plumber came out and did the det and reported the damp wall is due to the cracked shower tray, i told the guy that the shower tray cracked 2 weeks ago when i got someone to come check the damages out and we havent used the shower since, the insurance rejected my claim due to this report and im am sitting with structural damages that is a danger to my family, WHAT DO I PAY INSURANCE FOR THEN, i can rather cancel all my business with sbsa as they rip off clients. To date no CARPENTER!
