I require some assistance URGENTLY regarding my claims for my credit card.
Please see below details of the incidence.
I was retrenched end of Jun'12, I advised ABSA regarding this situation.
I was told that I have a credit life protection on my card for retrenchment and I needed to fax through the below documentation.
Indemnity Plan Claim Form
3 months pay (salary) slip
UIF Form
Retrenchement Letter
Certified ID
which I faxed at the ABSA BANK-NORTHMEAD MALL-BENONI on the 30jul'12.
I was informed by a telephone call that the claims is going to be closed and I have nothing to worry about.
However, I am being HARRASSED on a daily basis regarding not paying my credit card.
I explain the situation and all I get told, after being interrupted and spoken down to, that the system will be updated.
EVERYDAY this happens.
ON the 4Dec'12 ABSA took ZAR500-00 off my saving account. without my knowledge.
I had spoken to a lady at ABSA the day before about why there was no payment, she would not listen to me and kept interrupting, so I put the phone down on her.
MY CAR INSURANCE WAS CANCELLED BECAUSE OF THIS MONEY TAKEN WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE.
Now, again on the 30 Jan'13
