So three years ago the gate at my complex closed in as i was driving out because it was faulty and thus crashed into my car... body coporate said it wasnt their fault and refused to fix it. Well needless to say to this day the gate isnt working and as a result is now manually operated because clearly there was a problem. anyway, i asked scorpion to deal with the issue, it has taken them three years to come back to me and say they cannot because it happend before i had joined the policy. i understood and let it go but thinking that they could have told me this a year or two earlier. So a week ago i made a case with them against the person who was meant to fix my fridge and he didnt. The supervisor at Scorpion promised me that an attorney would be in contact with me the same day i called which was Monday the 28. To this day Wednesday the 06 no one has bothered to be in contact. Must i wait fo ranother three years for any correspondence yet again? Even though my premiums are in order and are paid for every month with no fail? Is this the service we pay for? These ads on tv are misleading because they promise a service customers dont get.
