Lack of assistance and response

I'm a member of the legalwiseplatinum and pays membership fees of R160 per month, i requested assistance with regards to mr tshabalala whom i sold a car but still owes me R2500. i submitted to legalwise all information requested to legalwise to a guy called George pelser who did nothing about it always giving me excuses and only replying to my emails after a week or so. on the 2 Jan 2014 a lady called belinda mohale contacted me that george has left the company and she will be handling the matter, ever since she has not contacted me. i expect proffesional treatment, if i strugle to get help from such a matter what will happen in case of emergency
