Asking assistance for almost a year - no response!

I am a customer of Consumer assist for a few years now.

i do not receive statements or any kind of communication from them at all!
I do not know where i am standing with my debt review and how long i have left.
I phoned last year the whole year just to get some assistance, the call centre answers the phones but sounds dead, and all they do is take your id number and then tell you they cannot help you.

i was also told that i must phone all my credit providers myself cos the cannot tell me what i still owe.

so today i did that only to find out that some of my providers has been paid off last year january already and these people are still paying them!!!

instead of paying more on the one that is left, they pay credit providers that has been paid off already!!!

How do you people work?

no one can tell me who my consultant are, but today they told me that my account has been moved to some other place because the sales consultant moved?
i wasnt even notified of this... anyway i tried to call the other place with no luck, no one answers the phones at all

i dont know what to do anymore
