Debt counselling payment not paid over to credito

Matthew barker has not been replying to me for the past 3 months, when he did not I complain with NCR but now they telling me they have send him letters and that my case is not that urgent because I am just requesting a certificate, my issue is that money will still be deducted from my account, I am getting calls from credit providers lawyers advising me that accounts has not been paid and that I will be taking to court if I don't pay just today I got a call from OK BAZAARS threatening me to pay R2000 because their records show that I have not been paying and with statements I receive OK has been paid he is not getting back or responding to NCR, this is something that should be looked at very urgently credit providers are hunting us and refuse to deal with us but to contact counselor to deal directly with them, NCR advise me that I have two options to redo everything with another debt company or to call the credit providers to issue me with proof of payment, NPDA said if nothing issued by him for payments or to remove my records they will still debit from my account, but without his instruction this will never happen and my money will be taken from my account, Anastasia
