Extended policy maturity

In 2009, Regents Brokers came to my workplace selling 5 year educational policies and I signed the contract in the hopes of having money for my daughters tertiary fees. To my surprise, the sane brokers came to my workplace ans upon enquiring about the expiration they said it will mature on the 14th March 2014 and that it would help pay for her registration. On the 3rd of February I called the company and to my surprise I was told that the policy would only be maturing after after 12 years from the date that the contract was processed. I was mislead into a business agreement with Regents even though it makes no sense for me to take a 12 year contract If I know that it was needed 5 years after the contract was taken as agreed. I would like for regents to stick to our 5 year contract and pay out the claim as soon as possible as it needed and also because my money was taken from my account every month and I need it now
