5000 EBUCKS not rewarded after R500 was deposited

To whom t his may concern,

I moved from Standard Bank to FNB due to the added benefits FNB has with regards to ebucks. When my account was opened on the 14/11/13 as per mail received from Nhlanhla Ramakolane I was in addition sent the promotion that the should I deposit R500 before the 16th December 2013 I will receive the equivalent amount in ebucks currency to the amount of 5000. Today is the 8th of January 2013 and I have not received any ebucks with regards to that promotion. I contacted the ebucks hotline who advised me that it will take another 3 months before it will reflect. I took it a step further and after my call went back to the promotion mail and read the terms and conditions which speciys nothing about 3 month waiting period. in actual fact it mentions after 30 days which I truly have been waiting and nothing has happened.

I am very dissapointed in the false advertising I got from FNB and request as a customer that FNB correct this. I did not join FNB on false pretentions so please guys this is not the way to treat any of your customers.
