Paid Car off and still making payments

One the 22nd January 2014 A dealer who I purchased a car from made a payment of full settlement to SBVAF on the 27th SBVAF deducted my Instalment. I have queried it sent proof of transfer from the dealer and still can't get my refund. Getting tired of phoning and actually trying to speak to somebody that can actually HELP
