REPAYMENT PRICING

Applied to co. for Special on vehicle. Contract was brought to my home by an employee of Bluelakes and signed very quickly. I have a copy of document that was put on top of SBVAF contract stating that my repayment would be R1099pm and Bluelakes subsidy R1400pm. When I upload my pic's, if they are incorrect I would be advised-This was never done. On receipt of my SBVAF statement my repayment was almost R400pm more. When I contacted both companies they said we quoted a ""thereabouts"instalment-Nonsense this should not have been quoted in the first place by the dealer. I was told by Blue. that they had recorded my signing up of contract-I have asked for that-but they are not able to find it. I was also never advised that they would be recording. I have requested the recording of our first telecon's-clearly stating what my repayment would be. I do not want to hand car back but I want the contract to be uplifted and redrawn with a more affordible repayment. My treatment has been with disdain and each comp. has clearly just washed there hands. I have all the recordings as well as the emails.
