Unexceptable!!

I have been registered with Legal Wise for almost 5 years now, on their "platinum product", and in the two instances where i actually required assistance/advice, the response/delivery is shocking.

You are provided with incompetent, inexperienced and what appears to be unqualified "attorneys" who struggle to understand basic legal concepts.

Complete waste of time and money. They happy to take your monthly fee's but when you actually need help, they fall short every time!

To date, my issue has not been resolved (logged last year October), no feedback provided, nothing! I have to end up sorting out his issue myself. Even trying to get a formal complaint logged with them seems impossible. Don't waste your money with Legal Wise, there must be better providers out there in the market.
