On the 14/08/2012 I wrote a letter to add one additional member to my existing funeral policy (my membership no. is 0009591018). After few months I received a letter from the post saying I should indicate the relationship for the person I wanted to add, I did that and then returned it back. On the 08/01/2013 I called them to make a follow up on whether the person has been added but I was told that she hasn't, the person by the name of Desiree I spoke with and she took my number, she said she will call me after my query has been sorted but I did not receive any response from her. On 01/02/2013 I called again and I spoke with a guy who seemed to be blank on what he was doing he told me to hold then another person replied I told him my problem as well he said I should hold on then another lady I was transferred to I repeated myself again they all told me that that member has not been added, I asked to speak with Desiree, she just told me that she has never ever added members before she denied everything she said she never spoke with me before. This is pathetic and I don't know who to speak with now, does this mean even if you claim you receive such treatment?
