Incorrect speeding ticket

I received a speeding ticket via the post on 30/09/2013. I looked at the ticket and as per what I can see this is not for my vehicle. I do have a similar registration but as per this ticket the registration number is not very but still does not look like mine. Please can you take this up with NS Mudau as he wrote this ticket as I don't think this is professional. I called the Johannesburg Metropolitan to sort out the matter with them. Firstly they transferred me from one person to another as no one knows who actually the person is dealing with these matters. I got hold of another guy and he advised me that I need to write a formal letter to them and post the letter and then they will get back to me. Firstly I do not agree with him as this was not even my vehicle to begin with and that why should I take time of work to write the letter and still go to the post office to post the letter, and still use my money to post the letter. I would like this to be sorted out as soon as possible as this incorrect speeding ticket is now on my name and this vehicle is not even mine. If I should write through a formal letter to the metro than I would like the person that wrote this ticket to send m
