On the 5 Jan, i received a sms that R14000 was withdrawn from my account.
I checked on the internet and there was no withdrawal.

On the 8 Jan i called Std bank on 0860123107 (as stated on the sms) - i just got transfered from one dept to another

after complaining, a team leader logged a rquest for me to investigate HOW did thisi happen that a get an sms like this if its not true as the sms reflected the last digits of my account number.

I received an sms with ref 7000681290 and that feedback will be on the 13 JAN
I then got another ne on the 13 JAN that its still in progress

I called teh number on that sms (0860123000) quoted the ref nr and nobody could help

UP TILL NOW (4 FEB) NOBODY HAS COME BACK TO ME WITH FEEDBACK
