FNB self proclaimed "great" bank

Okay so can a bank that I have been dealing with since I have started working and have never missed a debit in my career until December when I lost my job 2 months prior to that refuses to provide me with a loan or a credit card to help me settle my debt before they escalate and help me to survive until payday at my new company?? i have never asked for a loan or have had anything against my name and constantly called by FNB for extra services until now when i need it!! small help is all i needed to clear my tiny R5000 debt and loan or credit card would have been paid off in max 3months! but the SERVICE and ATTITUDE and DELAYED responses i have recieved from my banks is disgusting. i will never want to recommened anyone to this self proclaimed "great" bank. Id rather find a bank that looks after its people INCLUDING when they might need that little help. Thanks for nothing FNB :)
