Insecure methods

Its crazy as they use your cell phone number to get rentals and this causes on your credits. As we had 2 credits as we approached the store to get a rental. Only tyo find out having been told we have a penalty and zero credits. Upon having requested a statement we found that two movies unbeknown to me or my family with titles also unknown to to us ie.texas killing.

This is unsafe way to do business. Kindly change or provide a passowrd with this or continue to lose business. One will not be deceived as the staff you employed that have given out this movie are no longer working here. So almost as no tails can be told.
