Service WHAT Service

I booked my vehicle for its service at McCarthy Toyota Hatfield on Wednesday 27th November.
I specifically asked at what time my vehicle would be done, the consultant assured me it will be done by 16H00. At 15H00 I started to phone just to check the progress, no answer at his direct line or at the reception line. After numerous calls at 15H45 I eventually got hold of the service consultant, he indicated that the service has not even started yet and it would be done after 17H00 now.
The excuse:- there was another vehicle that took longer to finish.
I planned according to the time indicated so it was not possible for me to wait until after that time. I walked over and took my vehicle without the service being done.
