Lack of contact - No interest to assist

I lost my job in December and contacted Toyota Finance to explain the situation. I was told that someone would contact me back. In February 2013 a lady called me to discuss my account. Again, I explained that I am waiting on a new employment contract and that as soon as I could, I would make a plan. I then receive a call from a collections agent Reginald Raulstone in March telling me that Toyota cant get hold of me (yet he managed first try). Then he can round to my house to try take the vehicle, again telling me Toyota couldnt reach me (however Wesbank - Natasha Thomas regarding my other vehicle has never had any issues). I Then called Mr Visage who was unavailable and spoke with Lungile. I explained the situation and requested for someone to call me. Instead, I have received daily text messages telling me to settle - NO ONE FROM TOYOTA FINANCE HAS PHYSICALLY BOTHERED TO CALL ME TO DISCUSS MY ACCOUNT. I am trying to make a repayment plan but now I am advised by the collections agent that I have been handed over to legal... I have tried everything I possibly can to physically speak to someone and make an arrangement but Toyota Finance is making it impossible.
