I went to Hyde Park, Absa branch on Saturday to find out why my debit order had not gone off because I had enough funds. I was helped by a consultant called Kagiso Walaza who called the loan department and spoke to someone and an internal transfer into my personal loan account was done. I left a happy man because the loan was paid and it will not reflect badly on my name.

On Sunday the 2nd Feb, a debit order for my loan bounced. An internal payment was not supposed to be done, they should have waited for the debit order to go off, I found this out at Eastgate branch. A consultant from Eastgate called Hyde park to speak to Kagiso but he was on leave, she asked to speak to Samantha. Samantha was very defensive instead of being helpful, it was not her fault after all. I also asked to speak to her, during the conversation she was very defensive, NOT HELPFUL. During the conversation she put me on loud speaker, i was irritated because I could hardly hear her which made me believe she could not hear me properly because she sounded like she was 10 metres away, I FOUND THAT VERY RUDE.

Now on my records with ABSA it shows i skipped a payment of one month (bad record) I WANT IT REMOVED.
