I SUBITTED A CLAIM FOR DENTS AND SCRATCHES IN THE 1ST WEEK OF DEC2013!!! NO ONE BOTHERED TO INFORM US THE PROGRESS OF THE CLAIM UNTIL I FOLLOWED UP IN JAN2014!! AFTER I PHONED THE CALLCENTRE MORE THEN 10TIMES BECAUSE NO ONE COULD PICK MY DETAILS UP!!! I FINALLY WAS TOLD STEVEN IS HANDLING MY CLAIM!!! STEVEN WHO IS VERY ILL MANNERED, HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE DROPPED THE PHONE ON ME TWICE EVEN AFTER ASKING TO SPEAK TO HIS MANAGER!!! EVETUALLY AFTER PHONING BACK ANOTHER 10TIMES I FOUND OUT EVELYN DLOMO IS HIS MANAGER WHO WAS EVEN LESS HELPFULL (KEEP IN MIND AFTER ALL THIS CALLS I MADE I STILL HAVE`NT BEEN TOLD WHAT THE STATUS OF MY CLAIM WAS) EVELYN THEN TOLD ME MY CLAIM WAS WITH DUNMAR AUTO AS IT HAS BEEN APPROVED ON THE 08JAN14 AND I NEEDED TO DEAL WITH THEM ON NMBR 011 377 0300..I COULDNT UNDERSTAND WHY I HAD TO PHONE THEM AND WHY THEY HAVENT PHONE ME..ALL I WAS TOLD WAS THAT ITS OUT OF AIC`S HANDS AND I NEEDED TO DEAL WITH DUNMAR (THE LAST TIME I CHECKED IM INSURED WITH AIC AND NOT DUNMAR) BUT NEVER THE LESS I SPOKE TO A LADY AT DUNMAR WHO THEN ADVISED THEY DONT HAVE ANY OF OUR DETAILS WITH THEM!!! JST TO FIND OUT BY EVELYN TODAY, IT WAS NEVER SEND TO DUNMAR!!!
