Put in a claim but no response for weeks

I put in a claim on the 8th of January for business insurance, and I only got a response that an assessor will look at my business vehicle the following week which was on the 14th of Jan 2014. When I tried to explain to the call centre agent that they should look for further damages, he insisted that it's the assessor's job.
It turned out that the assessor only looked at the bumper yet there were further damages to the car. Now after they have assessed the car, I was told the damaged are less than the excess fee. The damages are way over the excess fee, had the call centre agent listened to me this would have been avoided. I am now at a point where I am being ignored I call every day and Vusi from Business Insurance claims is not returning my calls I call every second day and I get the same response that he is ether busy on the call or he will return my call, but none of that is happening. It's been two weeks sitting with a car that is not working.
