Risky customer due to windscreen claims?

I have asked on numerous accounts and have not had an answer!!! I can refer to emails and queries: WHY must I be penalized due to a windscreen claim? It is NOT my fault if a stone jumps up and hits my windscreen and its not my fault that the roads in SA are full of potholes. I was just told today thatmy risk is 73 %!! Why??? because of windscreen claims. So now my premium has gone up?

Does Outsurance encourage people to drive with cracked and broken windscreens JUST in order to not loose your no-claim status?? I find this unacceptable and after many years will cancel my insurance with you and join another company (of which there are many) who do not discriminate against windscreen claims. We will also cancell our business insurance with you. Ive been an excellent customer and this is how you show a willingness to appreciate me as a customer.
