Incompetent Illiterate Useless Bank

I was sequestrated close to 2 years ago. The court order has been given to FNB millions of times to update their systems that I no longer owe them anything and to have FNB stop harassing me with messages, phone calls and collection agencies. I have escalated this before and never get any response. No one seems to update the systems and this is terribly annoying considering I followed procedure. Now I would like to see if any one gets back to me and can even sort this mess out before I walk into your building and physically make someone do their job until I am satisfied. Even the ombud's details on your website is incorrect.
