Student Account changed to Normal Account

Received a text from ABSA in October 2013 stating that I need to provide proof of registration to continue enjoying student fees on my account. Email needed to be sent to retailjhb [Email Removed] the space). This was done in November. No one responded on the mail and my account was changed to a normal account for the 2nd year in a row. No one can rectify this online after I complained and was given a different email to use and I sent proof again. I need to go to the branch for the 2nd year in a row to reverse the bank charges and change my account back to a student account and simply don't have time to do so in the next 2 months. I believe no one is monitoring the above email account or the person that is doing so is simply not doing their work. Unacceptable how a stuff up from their side is now my problem to rectify. I had similar issues to FICA my account which I had to do 3 times and to cancel a life policy they just activate without sending me the documentation within 30day grace period. Honestly considering changing banks as this is simply useless service. Tell me that this can't be rectified from your side online and I will be forced to move my accounts to another bank.
