Nedbank
Impossible to get bond cancellation amount

We sold a property in October 2013. Our transferring attorney has been trying since late November 2013 to get the bond cancellation amount from Nedbank. Till today she has been unsuccessful and this has cost me, the seller another two bond installments.

This is the most unprofessional bank ever and dont seem to care about the financial well being of their clients!!!
