Foreigners bank accounts

My Zim nanny has been wanting to open a bank acc with FNB. She has a valid work permit and perm employement. The 1st time she went in, she was told that i had to go in with her otherwise she could not open one (this was at the city centre branch). I then went with her to the Cav branch, they told me that this was not at all necessary and gave me another form to complete. She also had to bring in her work contract. I phoned the FNB Call centre to check what docs were required. They told me that i did not need to go in and all she needed was a work permit and contract. I completed the form i was given and she went back to the bank. This time they told her that she did not require the previous forms but gave her a fresh batch to complete including some for me which i had to sign in front of the commisioner of oaths. This morning my nanny called me in desperation as she was at the bank and now required me again. I went in and i was told two different stories: firstly contract pages were not initialed and the second story that i needed to fill in another form this time on my company letterhead (I am employing her as a mom). So still no bank acc. Next try Mon. Why no std.procedure?
