Late service and thievery!!

Dear Mr Cheap Transport,
I am very disappointed in your service.
Yesterday your guys were supposed to move our stuff starting at ten in the morning so they would hopefully be finished by two. (The time my husband needed to fetch me at the station from work)
Well, they only rocked up just after one in the afternoon, hence them being there when my husband needed to come pick me up. We left the house open so your guys could finish, seeing as they were already behind schedule.
And we had a laptop, among other things that we kept in the house to drive over to the new place ourselves, we were afraid of it being damaged in transit.
So to cut a long story short, when your guys left and we went back to the old place to retrieve our stuff, we realized the laptop had been. It was in a pink laptop bag, under a bunch of blanket, inside a cupboard in one of the rooms upstairs. The only people who had access was your people.
So beside the fact that we weren't compensated for your guys lack of professionalism, our goods were also. Please come back to me regarding this, I want to be reimbursed, or get my laptop back. None of your numbers work BTW.
Police case pending.
