Does not deliver on what they advertise

They advertise that they give a secure and reliable service. That is a lie. I transferred money to myself in the UK to have cash when I arrive. Two days after my payment someone picked up my cash. According to them i have been by myself. They refuse to assist in finding out how someone could get the information or fake my identity. Not even talking about the security question. I will NEVER recommend using them. They don't deliver on what they advertise.
