Having laid a complaint last week, i was very pleased with the feedback and the issues were resolved.
Today i note that the wrong amount (almost DOUBLE!) has been deducted from my account, having been told expressly how much would come out of my account.
This is totally unacceptable and a blatant by RCS- telling me one thing, and doing another.
Please resolve ASAP.
