FNB contravened its own terms and conditions when debiting my account, not to mention being in contravention of the NCA as well as the CPA. Debiting my account without my consent or a court order is un ethical. Return the monies that you unlawfully debited from my account. Using the complaints department is useless as on two occasions I was promised that someone would get back to me, but only dishonesty and any bull to get me off the phone line. not even a written complaint was attended to. I need the monies that was taken out off my account paid back as it is money that I need to buy groceries for my self and my family.

FNB you should change your slogan from "how can we help you" to HOW CAN WE RB YOU
