Good day, I am a nursing sister at Medfem Clinic, African bank offered me a loan. I developed cancer which went to a 3rd degree cancer, I still owed them R45000.00. They where requesting all the necessary information
, which I gave them all. They stopped my debit orders from there side. all of a sudden a month ago they let me know that I owe them R66000 no, it seems as if the policy I paid every month for protection is a not applicable when you get sick, the best of all is they stopped the debit orders. they either bring the amount back to R45000.00 or stick by there policy rules. Can you please assist me here, this is the second time I am reporting this to you, last month they debit my account by R3000.00 then they came with a story that they forgot to Fica me.
