I requested the alleged mandate for unauthorised debits by Destination Dynamics, ref 2652528. I received an email from Vanessa Crowe stating that my concerns have been addressed. i never received any copy of alleged mandate but Absa considers the matter resolved. Let me make it clear, the matter has not been resolved! What are you going to do to assist victims of or to avoid these debits?
