Unauthorized Debit Orde

ABSA would not change my debit order which I requested. I confirmed payment myself not wanting to fall behind with payments. This month I did the payment and they did the debit order and I have never skipped payment ever? This without informing me and using account details that i have never given them. How is it possible that they can find account details that you have not authorized or given them. Who gives them your details, can anyone get this information, no wonder there is so much. My savings account is now depleted which I am using to build with, no loan as the interest is so high. You just can't win
