They accused me of defaulting on my home loan when in actual fact it was them that made not one but two mistakes and after about 7 telephone calls they still haven't sorted it out. The level of rudeness and attitude from the consultants was beyond belief. I will definetly be closing all my Absa accounts in a near future.
