Dear FNB
I write this letter in utter shock, disappointment and disillusionment at the lack of service and delivery received by FNB.
I began the process of applying for a FNB Platinum Credit Card on the 30th of October 2013.
I am writing this letter of distress on the 2nd of February 2014 and I still am not in possession of my FNB Platinum Credit.
Full details of case will be emailed to your complaints department.
At this stage I might receive the card, I may not, but one thing is for sure, my confidence in my bank is shattered. I invest what to me is a large amount of my wealth in FNB, I now have to rethink if this is the bank that should be the custodian of my finances.
FNB, if you think the courier service is the problem here you are not seeing the bigger picture and the flaws in your process system.
