Most disgusting bank I have ever dealt with!!

I am so disgusted that a bank will actually money from its customers!! I have been with Absa for over 15 years and this is the disgusting service I get!! When I opened my cheque account I was told that I would pay a monthly management fee, service and whatever other pathetic fee is involved and I would in turn receive unlimited swipes, internet transactions as well as internet banking and debit orders etc. I have over the past 2 months however noticed that this pathetic bank has infact been CHARGING me and my money. In the past 2 months it has been R600. Ive never realised before because these are such big amounts!! I am so disgusted that absa can have such incompetant employees that do not do their jobs properly and I have to face the consequence!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! If not for the entire time you have been from me ATLEAST for the past 2 months!! And I also want to be put on the actual acc I was told I would be on WHERE YOU CANNOT FROM ME ANYMORE!! DISGUSTED is not even the right word!! If I do not get my money back as well as put on the correct acc, I will be closing my acc and will make sure my entire fam who banks with absa closes theirs too!!!
