TERRIBLE ABSA!!!

My boyfriend and I went to ABSA, where we have been banking for years now, we got him a cheque account. After 6months! YES 6 MONTHS... He still cant use his Cheque account, he cant swipe his savings anymore becuase its linked to his cheque account. His personal banker was Karel... who introduced us to the Platinum Cheque account, (He said he would sort everthing out, switch the debit orders etc. WHICH HE DIDNT) When we went to the bank to complain, he quit his job. We were sent to Stefan who took his place, and were left with NO FEEDBACK and STILL NO WOAARKINAGA CARDS! went back to ABSA 3 times, with the promise of "we will ensure the problem will be resolved asap" 6 MONTHS LATER... NOTHING. Best of all, the cheque account subtracts the monthly fees of R150... but we cant use it! WHAT ARE WE LEFT TO DO NOW?? Now we have to use our credit card to swipe and draw and then EFT money from savings account to cheque acc for monthly fees and savings! TERRIBLE, AND I AM SICK TO HEAR THE SAME OLD STORY... SORRY WE WILL FIX IT! IT HASNT BEEN FIXED FOR 6MONTHS! Its our time, money, etc pend going to ABSA to try and fix ABSAS MESS!!! sick and tired!
