VERY BAD SERVICE, FIRST TIME CUSTOMER, DISSATISFIED

Good afternoon,

I've joined Dial Direct last year June'12, thinking I'll get a better service. I cancellled my previous insurance with another company to join you people.

I've put a claim in for a vehicle (on my policy) in early November'12, dealt with Stephanie. She was supposed to get back to me, never did, after two weeks I phoned again & dealt with Ruth on 29.11.12. An assessor contact me to make arrangements to take the car wherever, which was early December (first/second week in December'12). Nothing happened after that until the second week in January'13 to say that I'll be contacted very soon to have the car fix. It's not even a major job, only scratches on the car. Up until now which is another month later, nothing happened.

I have never ever dealt with a company like Dial Direct with a logo "simple smart insurance", what a lot of rubbish & the TV advertisements on top of it. How can you advertise the way you do & give a service, which words can't explain how the I'm in.
My debit order goes off every month with no problems & this is the service I get.
I'M A VERY UPSET & DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER, ACTUALLY DISGUSTED WITH YOUR SERVICE. I FEEL LIKE CANCELLING
