Shocking=I send through my proof of residence document=an invoice from Loot that specifes my name, residential address and dated 30 December. The law states that this is a PERFECTLY acceptable form of POR, but this employee Riccardo Carstens I think his surname is has the temerity to tell me that it does'nt comply with FICA... He's totally incorrect and this I think is the final nail in allan gray's coffin as far as I am concerned. It;s just incompetence and bureaocracy with you guys.
DONT phone, my cell is broken anyway, but FIX this get my details updated, confirm in writing and confirm that this ricarrdo is going for training... very off client.
