They call themselves the best... I don't think

I reported a problem with my phone only for MiWay to tell me that the phone had been cancelled off my insurance. When I pushed to find out who gave them this instruction otherwise I would put my story on Hallo Peter they quickly made another plan. They then quickly collected the phone to send it in to find the problem. The phone was scraped due to software issues apparently and guess what!!! THEY DO NOT COVER software faults. This of course is part of that small print that nobody has the decency to tell you when you take out the insurance because it's all about making money to them. Well MiWay you have just lost a loyal customer and I can promise you that whoever I come into contact with will hear about my experience.
I am now waiting for them to come back and tell me when I will be getting my scraped phone back. You will also shortly be receiving my letter of notice. If I had rather and said my phone had been then maybe I would have come right. You think you are being a decent honest human being but it looks as if only the dishonest get rewarded. Thank you for nothing MiWay.
