Premuim increase without concent of custome

I have contacted your offices on many occasions with regards the increase in premiums, Each time I get told it hasn't't been loaded on the system Then when I want to cancel it I get don't get no help and get told to wait till new premium is loaded. Someone from the query department contacted me the second week promising to give me a call once the new premiums are loaded. I ask this person will the new premium go off at the end of Jan they assured me it only going off end of feb, the letter state the premium will change from the 1 feb 2014
Little did I no a debit order has already be set, and 1052.11 has been taken off instead of 626. I wasn't allow to cancel this every time when I called in you never allowed me to this. I then called today and spoke to Alina Mbata who advice someone will contact me back, still waiting i contacted the call centre again they keep transfering me and no one can help. i have decided to take this further with the wynberg court magistrate. You people are taking money that does not belong to you. Please can someone call me about this, Either give back whats rightfully mine take your normal instalment and cancel this policy
