Unauthorized debit orde

An unauthorized debit order of R269 with reference SAGEPAY 10145260zw went off from my FNB account this morning, confused and distraught I phoned the bank to ascertain what was the transaction for. They gave me a number to call which I did and was eventually told it was for a Zwelo Direct which I never heard of. Upon calling the company "zwelo direct" they apologised and cancelled future transactions and referred me to FNB to reverse the transaction. FNB being my bank for over 10years allows any tom, & harry to submit a transaction to my account without my knowledge. How safe are we as well as our personal information with FNB if anyone can just do whatever they want??? I am disappointed with FNB and now I am inconvenienced to go to the bank to reverse this unknown transaction, in the process hurt my credit score. Sies FNB, I want my money in my account.
