Unauthorized Debit orde

Please can the consumer complain commision investigate this bogus company who debit consumers bank accounts without their authorisation. it seems now be norm and our bank also unable to reverse such kind of transaction thereof or maybe the person assisting by the time was new staff member who refuse to reverse the transaction and told us only Zingzilla can be able to refund us.
