Dishonesty

I called the STDBANK Home-Loans on 21-jan-2014 and spoke to a lady called shayister to request a debit date change.
which I was promised it shall be handled, only to be surprised by unpaid of R115.00 imposed.

I've been with standardbank for more than 10-years.
I'm ready to go to another bank that understands and respect
customer loyalty.
