As if it's bot bad enough that I have to pay for the *120*3279# "service", this service constantly and consistently lets me down in the middle of transactions. This means I end up paying more, nearly each and every time, because I have to either start from scratch or pick up where I left off. It almost negates the convenience of having the service in the first place.

It wasn't always this bad but started misbehaving in December. I let it go thinking it was, understandably, simply down to congestion. Now, regardless of the time of day or nature of transaction I am constantly interrupted and getting rather aggravated.
