Unable to Resolve Card Issue

I am an FNB Platinum Account Holder. I had my new card delivered on Monday.
After doing all the activation, I go to an ATM and it accepts the PIn but the cash withdrawal amounts are nulled out. I initially got a D055 error. Please resolve this issue as I've been almost 2 weeks without an ATM card.
Very frustrating that the solution offered was to order a new card and wait another 5 working days. The card is working because it allows me in to the ATM menu. I call buy lotto from it but the cash withdrawal amounts are greyed out.
The atm is working as I drew cash from a credit card. Ridiculous.
