Debiting me even after settling

I had a funny feeling that African Bank was going to do this. I decided to settle my Credit card as well as my personal loan with these people and they still decided to debit me, even though I still called them continuously to confirm if they received my proof of payments and the lady informed me that they will only reflect tomorrow. After hanging up, I received 3 SMSes stating that my debit for my credit card and personal loan went as well as a double debit from them went off as well. I called them and the guy I spoke to still tried blowing steam up my. African Bank never had permission to debit me before the 25th, so I don't understand who gave them permission to debit my on the 20th. I believe this is an offence from their side as they did stick to the agreement. I would like to receive feedback from their superiors confirming the reversal of this incorrect debit or I will be taking this further... as I am also in the financial industry and know the FAIS rules
